· Follow the Crowds… Luke 14: Jesus told the crowds : "anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple." And " any of you who does not give up everything he has cannot be my disciple."
§ Easy to Follow
· Look inward, it is all about you…

§ Easy to Fall
· I have fallen and I can't get up… slippery slope
· The High Way Leads to Heaven (7:14)
§ One Must Look
· John 12:31 describes satan as " the prince or ruler of this world"
§ One Must Sacrifice
· The way of life is narrow, lonely, and costly. We can walk on the broad way and keep our “baggage” of sin and worldliness. But if we enter the narrow way, we must give up those things.
§ One Must Be Attentive

· Self Satisfying

· Bad Fruit (Gal. 5:19-21)
· Good Fruit (Gal. 5:22-23)

· Call Jesus Lord, but in word only
§ They Did
· Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?
